Because outdated nuclear reactors require a lot of attention and maintenance, the availability of isotopes is not always guaranteed. These radioisotopes are currently being produced in nuclear reactors, but Lighthouse by ASML has made it possible to produce them without a nuclear reactor, without enriched uranium and practically without nuclear waste.
